An extremely beautiful and authentic piece of terra cotta Ox model dated to Han dynasty. The meticulous outline of the ox body demonstrated the maturity of the potter skill in transforming a piece of natural clay into an attracctive decoration piece. Except for the missing edge at the ear, the entire artifact is indeed an excellent piece of Han dynasty ware with is worth for studing the skill of pottery making in China for past 2 millenium.
