| This beautiful early celadon jar date to Tang/5 dynasty which shown mature firing skill of early celadon produced from Zhejiang, China. Celadon glaze was originated from green glaze was very popular in Sung/Yuan dynasty. This is an excavation artefact where the earth oxidization effect clearly seen on the edge of the foot rim and some portion of the body glaze. No chip, hairline and repair. Only small portion near the neck suffer glaze loss. |
