very nice example of mid Ming dynasty, B&W folk ware stem cup
form decorated with 1 cobalt blue sanskrit words in the central
of the cup while external dress with flora and figure.
Vibrant
glaze remain except for the unglaze base where it expose nature
biscuit colour. The cup has been joined at the foot rim where shown
minimal glaze fritting for this 500 years old artefact.
The largest piece on the right has
slightly dark colour hue caused by lower fire temperature compare
to the others 2 vibrant cobalt blue stemp cup. Some and adhere to
the glaze surface inside the cup.
