An impressive large guan with Dragon motif dated to Late Yuan ~Early Ming period produced from local kiln located in Yunnan province. There is a band of ruyi at the mouth rim follow by ancient Chinese cash coin pattern decorated around the neck while scroll flora motif along the slanting shoulder.

The body was fully decorated with flying Dragon on the clouds. The vase has been joined by glaze horizontally at neck, body and base. The is uneven glaze pooling around the mouth rim. The internal side wall also partially covered with glaze. Natural firing red visible at the edge of the expose biscuit not cover by glaze. Soft texture glaze at the body. Slightly discolouration which may cause my firing or temperature control otherwise this is really an elegent piece. The shallow and wide foot rim is slanting cut at the external. No chip, hairline and restoration.
